Inception Digital respects your privacy. When using sites, you may get information, access online products and services, communicate with us or link to other Web sites with which we do business. While doing that, you may give us information so that we can provide enhanced products or services to you and to personalize your experience on our website. This online privacy policy describes how we use and protect Individual Identifying Information that you share with us. “Individual Identifying Information” is information that enables us to identify you, such as your email address, name, title and mailing address.

This policy governs Web sites owned and operated by Inception Digital. Our policy does not govern Web sites of other parties to which we may provide links, because Inception Digital is not responsible, and cannot control the privacy practices or content of those sites. To demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices, we have adopted leading communications industry privacy guidelines. We want to give you the comfort and confidence you need to fully participate in our online offerings so that we can better serve your needs. Therefore, here are the principles governing our information practices and other privacy aspects of our Web sites:

Information Collection and Use:

  • Inception Digital collects individual identifying information when you register for an Inception Digital account, or use certain Inception Digital products or services, when you visit Inception Digital pages, and when you enter promotions or sweepstakes. Inception Digital may also receive Individual Identifying Information from our business partners.
  • When you register with Inception Digital, we may ask for your name, email address, zip code, occupation, industry, and personal interests, or other information. Once you register with Inception Digital and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.
  • Inception Digital also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, Inception Digital cookie information and the page you requested.
  • Inception Digital uses information for three general purposes: to customize advertising and content you see, to fulfill your requests for certain products and services, and to contact you about specials and new products.
  • Inception Digital routinely time-stamps and logs events (like features used, number of participants, length of meetings.) This data is used for accounting/billing purposes as well as for performance turning and optimization of the Inception Digital services.

    • We find that your actions on our websites violate the Inception Digital Terms of Service, or any of our usage guidelines for specific products or services;
    • We are providing this site as part of a contracted service to a 3rd party; the 3rd party is a recipient of the same information as Inception Digital.

Inception Digital Prospect Opt Out Profile

If you would prefer not to receive messages from Inception Digital in the future, please indicate your preferences through the following email at or call 866-853-2566. Inception Digital respects your privacy and will not sell or rent your personal Information

Inception Digital Web Conferences take place within the contact of switched communications environment. With Inception Digital, any session information (such as applications, chat, polling data, documents, video, and voice) provided by participants within a meeting is never saved on the Inception Digital switching platform but is instead instantly switched between meeting participants, however this information may be shared in accordance with the terms references in the “information sharing and Disclosure” section of this policy. The Inception Digital switching environment is architected similarly to the telephone switching environment; once the call is over all remnants of the content of that call dissipate, leaving only a record that a call took place. Further, the only means to participate in a meeting is through the Inception Digital invitation and join process; Inception Digital employees can therefore only participate in Inception Digital customer meetings when expressly permitted by our customer.

  • Your Inception Digital Account Information is password-protected for your privacy and security.
  • In certain areas, Inception Digital uses industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect transmissions.

Many IP addresses are commonly associated with Internet service providers, universities, major corporations in specific regions or localities. Aggregate information derived from IP addresses may also be reported to advertisers.
